We cover most neighborhoods within our listed service zones. Enter your ZIP code during booking to confirm availability.

 

How do I pay?

All payments are made securely online. You can use a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. No cash is required.

What services can I book?

We offer brakes, batteries, diagnostics, oil changes, starter/alternator, and more. Full list is available in the Services tab.

How soon can a mechanic come?

In most cases, same-day or next-day appointments are available, depending on part availability and your location.

Is there a warranty?

Yes—12 months or 12,000 miles on most parts and labor.

We stand behind every repair with a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first. That covers both parts and labor on all qualified repairs.

Exclusions: Wear items (like wipers, fluids, or filters), customer-supplied parts, and damage caused by neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.

Battery and Premium Parts: These come with manufacturer warranties of up to 3 years, plus 2 years of labor coverage from us.

 

What if the mechanic can’t complete the job on-site?

If it requires shop equipment, we’ll recommend options and adjust your payment so you only pay for diagnostics or work completed.

 

Will I get an estimate before the repair?

Yes. You’ll receive an upfront quote to approve before work begins. No hidden fees.

 

Can I request a specific mechanic?

Yes, returning customers can request their preferred mechanic when booking.

Do you work in apartment or office parking lots?

Yes, as long as it’s safe, accessible, and allowed by property management.

 

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment through your dashboard. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee.

 

How can I track my mechanic’s arrival?

You’ll receive live tracking and text updates when your mechanic is on the way.
